I cannot praise Carlie enough for the care & support she has shown dad. This year has been tough and she has been there to support & advise us in so many ways, she is always willing to help & advise even if she is not on a scheduled visit. 'Going beyond' is an understatement ...after supporting dad to attend my sons wedding last weekend she took the time to decorate the car with a wedding bow to make his car journey special..it's these little touches that really make her stand out from the rest. Today was a fish tank emergency and she came to the rescue taking time out from her Admin day to assist & avert a flood ! I cannot thank you enough Carlie for all you've done for us ....you are one in a million.

Sapphire Care has been absolutely amazing! Putting my Nan first all the time. Arriving promptly, putting her needs/wants first, showing care and compassion and communicating all the way. I can 100% recommend to anyone. Initially we were not sure if this was the right decision and if it was the best thing to do....yes it was the right decision 100%. Nan loves her regular visits/outings and we have peace of mind that if we are away etc someone is there for her that is reliable and caring. Thanks Carlie you are amazing! Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely cannot praise Carlie and Sapphire Care enough. From day one Carlie has always put Dads needs first, she's always professional, accommodating, happy - just lovely -and just the perfect support we were looking for,
Dad enjoys Carlie's company a lot and has complete trust in her, he says 'she's capable of absolutely everything that Carlie'. He feels happy to contact her out of hours when he has concerns and she is always happy to take the time he needs. One of her days is taking him out to lunch (amongst everything else she does for him too) and he's enjoying that so much too.
I think Carlie has now met our entire family, they all liked her and saw how happy and comfortable Dad is in her company. We and are all thrilled that Dad has her to care for him. Sapphire Care have been a great source of support for my Mum and the rest of the family. She was losing the opportunity to go out and socialise regularly and as someone who works full time I felt awful that she wasn't going out and about during the week. Sapphire came to the rescue and Mum goes out once a week, either for a walk at a country park, a coffee or to an organised group setting. It is keeping her world that little bit bigger and her family knows that she is in safe hands. Would recommend.
